JAYTEC CVTF Multi Type is a fully-synthetic fluid specially designed for the Metal Belt-type
Continuously Variable Transmissions, found in the most
of Japanese domestic CVT cars. In addition to outstanding fuel
efficiency, it provides superior all-season protection and delivers ultimate shift feeling
in a wide range of applications and driving environments.
JAYTEC ATF Multi Type provides the following benefits:

Important! This fluid is not for use in AT cars and Honda Multi Matic CVT cars. In general AT cars, use JAYTEC ATF MULTI TYPE or JAYTEC AUTO FLUID WS-X. In Honda cars with Multi Matic CVT use JAYTEC CVT FLUID HMMF. Note that the same model may have both AT and CVT options and/or different transmission units that may require a different fluid. Before using any transmission fluid, check the caution plate located on the body of the vehicle or reference the owner’s manual to identify the transmission unit or recommended genuine fluid. Once the transmission type and the OEM-recommended fluid are identified, refer to the “Application Chart” or “JAYTEC Oil & Fluid Data Book”.
Important! The ultimate purpose of any transmission fluid is maintaining the transmission in a new-like condition. There is no transmission fluid designed to cure the damaged mechanisms. If a transmission is already severely damaged by the use of improper fluids and experiences a shift shock, it cannot be “magically” repaired just by replacing the old CVTF with some “almighty” fluid. There are additives on the market that can create an image of a “miracle repair” for a short period of time, but in fact they only shorten the mechanisms’ life. Before changing oil, the damaged transmission needs to be repaired or rebuilt. We strongly recommend using only specialized fluids, and avoid using fluids claiming compatibility of ATF with CVT and gear oils.
